Please read the terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “these terms and conditions of sale”) carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.
These terms and conditions of sale apply to your access to, use of and shopping for Delightvape products (as defined below).
Please confirm that you fully understand and accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale before submitting any Delightvape product order information. When you submit any Delightvape product order information according to the instructions on this website, you are deemed to have agreed to fully accept and be bound by these Terms of Sale.

Our company, Delightvape, cannot be held responsible for users under the legal smoking age accessing and browsing materials on this website not intended for them. The products listed on the website are intended for responsible legal smoking age adults only, without exception.
We strongly advise all users to exercise extreme caution when using vape products (including, but not limited to, batteries, e-liquids, accessories, etc.). Delightvape cannot be held liable for vape products, misuse or abuse of nicotine or anything that may cause temporary or long-term harm to the user. Furthermore, Delightvape cannot be held liable for the effects these vape products may have on you, others or parties related to the user, as the long-term effects have not been clearly established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The information provided on this website may (from time to time) contain errors and may be changed or updated without prior notice to all users. Delightvape may also make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or the services without prior notice to users.
All users on Delightvape agree that access to and use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.
Ordering
In the event that a product listed on Delightvape is mistakenly listed at an incorrect prices, Delightvape reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of the products offered on the Website, Delightvape may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Delightvape reserves the right to change stock available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order.
Order Cancelation
“To contact our customer support team to cancel an order, please use the ‘Contact Us’ button below. Please make sure to include your order number and the e-mail address linked to your account.
We must advise, while we will do our best to cancel orders at customer’s request, we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so if an order has already Processed. As that means your order has already processed for shipment and is boxed, awaiting collection. If an order has already been shipped from our facility, we unfortunately are not able to cancel the order.”
Shipping and Handling
For most orders, we can ship within 48 business hours. We strive to ship as quickly as possible, prioritizing orders with paid shipping.
Sometimes, after Delightvape has confirmed your order, it may be discovered that the product is not available to you. If Delightvape is unable to provide the product you ordered in a timely manner, Delightvape will contact you and assist you with an exchange. If there is a price difference, we will refund or request payment from you; or assist you in canceling your order and refunding the purchase in full.
All shipping times are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed times. Please note that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information is only updated after the package arrives at the transit location or post office.
Shipping and delivery times are calculated based on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Please allow extra delivery time during major holidays such as Chinese New Year, Black Friday and Singles’ Day.
If the delivery address on your order is incorrect when your order is shipped, please note that we cannot change the delivery address afterwards. We are not responsible for any delays, costs or other delivery issues if you enter incorrect delivery information on your order. If such an error results in the order being rejected, lost or damaged, we cannot offer any kind of refund or replacement. If the order is returned due to an error, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. For orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, we will refund the full order cost minus shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund unless the order is returned to our warehouse in perfect condition and ready for resale. Refunds are limited to the cost of the goods; shipping charges are not reimbursed and will not be reimbursed until the package has arrived at our facility.
All orders reported as “delivered” by the shipping company are considered delivered. In this case, Delightvape is not responsible for undelivered orders.
All unreceived orders must be reported within 1 month of the date the goods were shipped. After this period, we will no longer investigate and will not provide any compensation.
Customs and Taxes
When you order a vape from Delightvape.com, we can deliver to most European addresses and help you with customs clearance and taxes.
The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. If the package is inspected by customs, it may cause the delivery time to exceed our initial estimate.
Note:
1) Customs in some countries require importers to provide certain forms of identification before releasing goods. You may be asked to provide an identification number, such as a unique identification number.
2) Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, etc.

Delightvape may deliver notice to you via email, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Delightvape.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon accessing the site and/or complete the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Delightvape without notice at anytime, for any reason.
