Order refund requests within 24 hours:

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to process your refund request.

Order refund requests after 24 hours:

Orders that are more than 24 hours old are not eligible for a full refund because they are usually already being prepared and sent to customs. We are unable to offer a full refund after this time period.

Partial refund policy (late requests):

If you request a refund more than 24 hours after placing your order, we can refund up to 50% of the order amount. This is due to customs fees and other associated costs that may be incurred in recalling the package.

No refunds after shipment:

Once the package has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, you will not be able to request a refund.

Insurance and customs issues:

All of our packages are insured. If your package is not released due to customs detention, we will issue a full refund.

Incorrect address and delivery issues:

If the package cannot be successfully delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other problems caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with redelivery.
